Description :
Serhii explains that the sleeping bags distributed by the ICRC meet an important need for the inhabitants as it is already cold. He thanks the volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society for their support. Svitlana, another resident, reports that there is no longer any water, electricity or gas in the town, but that the ICRC is providing them with material aid.
According to Kostiantyn Rohaliov, an ICRC staff member, 1,500 hygiene kits and 300 sleeping bags have been distributed.
