Description :
Yulia remembers a call from a mother about her son who disappeared in December 2022. Her family had decorated a Christmas tree shortly before his disappearance. Months later, the tree's needles were still green, as if it too were waiting for her son's return to celebrate Christmas the following year. The mother also asked the ICRC to pass on a message to her son, urging him to help those in an even more difficult situation than his own.
