Description :
The communities of Mezhova received 200 tonnes of briquettes, blankets, torches, hygiene kits and jerry cans. In Novopidhorodne, 350 food and hygiene kits were delivered. In the community of Velykonovoselivka, energy banks, sheets, torches and hygiene products were supplied. This aid is enabling people to cope with the immediate difficulties and adapt to the situation.
The deputy head of the Velykonovoselivska village administration, Yevhen Kirutsak, explains that some homes are already without electricity, but for the time being they are managing to distribute generators where they are needed. He adds that few people are moving into the village and that the residents themselves are being forced to leave for safer areas.
