Description :
ICRC-supported vocational training program designed for displaced people who have fled the Ukraine-Russia international armed conflict and are currently living in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov and Voronezh regions of Russia. The program was launched as a pilot project in 2023 and extended in 2024, benefiting over 150 people since its launch. The program aims to impart skills and improve opportunities for selected beneficiaries, as well as increasing their chances of finding a job in the local labor market and/or setting up their own business.
