With the harsh winter and ongoing disruptions to heating and electricity, many people are left with little means to stay warm. The Director-General of the ICRC, Pierre Kraehenbuehl met those experiencing these challenges at one of the heating points provided by our partner the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
