Testimony of Sarah Avrillaud, Head of the ICRC Delegation in Gaza. The ICRC continues its operations in Gaza, where it is visiting a camp for displaced people hosting more than 600 families. These families, already displaced multiple times, face a difficult choice: remain in precarious conditions or flee again due to escalating hostilities. They lack essential resources, such as means of transportation to evacuate with their loved ones. The ICRC remains committed to supporting them by addressing their needs, including providing bread-baking ovens, cash-for-work programs, and other basic necessities.
