Description :
Six months after the March 28 earthquake, the ICRC continues to support communities in Mandalay and Sagaing affected by the disaster, ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water. In Amarapura Township, Mandalay Region, much of the local water infrastructure was destroyed. Families now rely on regular water distribution to meet their daily needs. In partnership with the local civil organization Myanmar Rescue, the ICRC provides water purification equipment, operational support, and support to safe drinking water deliveries to help communities recover.
