Description :
Currently, the majority of the Kosovar of Albanian origin are facing problems with the rehabilitation of their houses before wintertime. During that time, the Serbian minority in Kosovo is put at risk and is cloistered in small villages or in monasteries under the protection of the KFOR soldiers. The ICRC (International Committee of the red Cross) and national Red Cross Societies are launching programmes in favour of both categories of people.
