Description :
The film is devoted to the work of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegates in “hot spots’, which are not named but can be easily recognized as situated in the Caucasus. It shows what they do (a convoy delivering assistance, tracing activities, exchange of POWs), which pribciples they stick to in their work, how they feel about it and what problems they face. The film tries to explain why people are attracted by this dangerous occupation. The price they sometimes pay is really too high as happened in Novi Atagi. But for the rest life goes on, the same as work.
