Description :
In June 1983, the resort town of Varna, Bulgaria, hosted the 10th International Red Cross and Health Film Festival. It brought together staff and leaders of the Red Cross Movement, specialists in health issues, film makers and thousands of additional viewers. While the festival featured 190 films in competition, it was also an opportunity to discuss current issues.
