Description : In Arusha, Tanzania, seat of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, law students from African universities perfect their knowledge of international humanitarian law through role-playing exercises that mimic the conditions of a real humanitarian crisis. The finalists argue their cases in one of the Tribunal's courtrooms, where moments earlier a real trial was in progress. This is the second moot court competition organised by International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Nairobi delegation, bringing together teams from East and Southern Africa.
