Description :
Life is hard for the villagers in Jumla District. This remote area has been the scene of a long armed conflict that has destroyed the infrastructure. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Nepal Red Cross are the only organizations working to improve the water supply and help amputees. The film also shows rare footage of ICRC delegates visiting people detained as a result of the conflict.
