Description :
A film documenting the ICRC Belgrade Delegation’s four innovative relief programmes for Internally Displaced Persons from Kosovo implemented in the early 2000’s. The project had two objectives:
- External: To convey an advocacy message to (a) the governments of Serbia and Montenegro with regard to the residual needs of lDPs that they have the responsibility to address, and (b) to the donors and the
international community with regard to supporting Governments developing appropriate strategies and policies;
- Internal: To contribute to the ICRC institutional learning and the dissemination of lessons learnt throughout the institution.
