The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Felix Schnyder handed to Messrs Leopold Boissier, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, and Henrik Beer, Secretary-General of the League of Red Cross Societies, the first copies of "The Red Cross and the Refugees", a new publication issued by the High Commissioner's Office on the occasion of the Red Cross centenary.
