Description :
Many dozens of families from Sirte have joined displaced people from Misrata and Tamina in the village of Washka. They have been housed mostly in schools and empty houses. On 27 September, together with Libyan Red Crescent volunteers, the ICRC distributed food, kitchen sets, hygiene kits and nappies to 850 people in this village.
