Description : The large banner they are carrying has photographs of missing persons on it and core messages or slogans: "Where are they now?" and "Campaign in memory of the disappeared: Legal provisions for truth, justice and reparation." They are also carrying placards which, besides displaying the photographs and addresses of missing persons, declare: "Where are they?" "Make public the fate or the whereabouts of the missing persons," "Include the families of missing in the Commission of Inquiry into Disappearance," and "Ensure educational, health and job guarantee for the families of the missing."

The event was organized by Conflict Victims' Society for Justice and the National Network of Families of Disappeared & Missing - Nepal, together with ICRC and certain non-governmental human rights organizations.
