Description :
The families of missing persons marched in a rally led by an association of conflict victims (Conflict Victim Committee - CVC), carrying placards and a large banner containing photographs of missing persons in Bardia district and appeals: "Have you seen these missing persons? It is responsibility of all of us to search them". The rally gathered into an interaction program. The member and spokesperson of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) chaired the program while the president of Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) and representatives of International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), ICRC and local stakeholders were invited as guests. Families asked questions and put their concerns with the guests. The rights-based speakers opposed the government move to introduce Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) ordinance and urged the victims to oppose it strongly from their side and pressurize the president to reject it.

During the program, the ICRC's updated list of missing persons in Nepal was also unveiled.
