Description :
The ICRC has been sending war-wounded patients to the Davao Jubilee Foundation, a Philippine non-governmental organization, since 2000. It has since expanded its support to Jubilee, by enabling technicians to undertake specialized studies in prosthetics and orthotics. In December 2010, a gait training area was built with assistance from the ICRC. A new workshop is currently under construction, to help with the switch to advanced polypropylene technology.
