On behalf of the Czechoslovak Government, Dr Josef Plojhar, National Minister of Health, welcomes Delegates from 62 national Red Cross, Red Crescent and Red Lion & Sun Societies, at the Solemn Opening Ceremony of the XXVIth Session of the Board of Governors of the League of Red Cross Societies, on 30th September, in Prague's "House of Artists".
