Le CICR a affrété 2 avions IL76-TD pour transporter de l'aide humanitaire à destinations Larnaca (Chypre). De Lanarka, cette aide sera chargé sur les bateaux du CICR à destination de Beyrouth et Tyr.
Sept landcruisers, du matériel de communication et IT ainsi que quatre tonnes de de matériel médical ont été chargés dans cet avion.
