MIA-MIA Camp near Sidon in Lebanon. 1400 refugees in this camp live in tents and the remainder of the total population of 3180 live in barracks. This picture shows women making "sage" bread. This is a special process and the bread is baked over an iron shape heated by fire, called a "sage", hence the name "Sage Bread".
