Description : Au dos: "In a joint operation between Magen David Adom in Israel, the Israeli Ministries of Health and of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli Air Force, a shipment of 6 tons with vital medicines (antibiotics, plasma surrogates, bandaging material) was flown on 27 December to Bucarest, addressed to the Romanian Red Cross for the hospitals in Romania as a result of the recent dramatic events in that country.
The shipment was escorted by Dr. Yaacov Adler, orthoped, member of MDA's National Executive Committee and Head of the Emergency ward at Sharei Tsedek Hospital, Jerusalem, and by Dr. Erez Ayalon, surgeon in Meir Hospital, Kfar Saba.
