Description : Lors d’urgences à Phnom Penh, les blessés arrivent souvent en grand nombre à l’hôpital et le personnel médical décide des personnes ayant besoin d’une intervention chirurgicale. Le manque de sang reste un problème pour les opérations. En outre, certains instruments d’analyse ainsi que des physiothérapeutes font défaut. Davantage de blessés pourraient être sauvés si les infrastructures et le temps à disposition du personnel médical étaient adéquats.
