Description :
The Indigenous guard is organized by the population of the area. There goal is to prevent fighting near civilian houses by marking the civilian zones and patrolling to make sure that no armed men take position near or in civilian houses.
They carry a "sacred stick" to protect them and show their status.
They are juridically organized, make intervention with the authorities and when necessary, expose the non respect of civilian zones by armed men.
They collect the munitions as proof that fighting had happened near civilian houses.
