Philippines: making festive period better for Typhoon victims
This is no ordinary holiday season for Filipinos in Eastern Mindanao after a devastating typhoon swept through communities earlier this month. Since then, the ICRC and Philippine Red Cross (PRC) staff have not stopped bringing assistance to tens of thousands of families in the worst-hit region, meeting the most urgent needs, and will continue this effort well into the New Year.
