Description :
After a short meeting with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent head of sub branch and government officials in Izra'a municipality building, Mr. Kellenberger insisted to go on a tour and talk to people.
The town seemed very calm, with limited traffic and not so much shop activity (the team was told that it was normal during the events).
