Description :
The vaccination campaign for all keepers of livestock in 4 Local Government Areas of Barkin Ladi, Riyom, Shendam and Quanpan is organized by the ICRC in partnership with the Plateau State Ministry of Agriculture. The ICRC provides vaccines and veterinary experts for the campaign that sees to the vaccination of over 94,000 cattle and 17,000 sheep and goats in communities that have been affected by violence. Earlier in the year the ICRC distributed seedlings and fertilizers to crop farmers in same communities.
