Description :
During this distribution, the ICRC provided food and relief items to 1,000 households in al-Khalidiya central camp 1 and 2, the UNHCR camp and Smood al-Khalidiya camps sector 6 and 9.
More than 2,600 families were displaced from their homes and have fled towards al-Khalidiya internally displaced person camps. The internally displaced persons came from different areas, including al-Fallujah, Gazeerat al-Khalidiya, al-Karmah and al-Saqlaweya. The ICRC has provided assistance and relief items to more than 2,600 households in al-Khalidiya internally displaced person camps since June 2016.
