Baidoa, Baidoa regional hospital. The hospital has an isolated cholera treatment centre dedicated to contagious diseases like cholera and acute watery diarrhoea. Since December last year, when the centre opened, 3,598 patients were admitted. This huge number is partly due to an outbreak of acute watery diarrhoea in Baidoa district.
