Description :
Plateau and Kaduna States have suffered from several conflicts over the past years and ICRC has provided new hand pumps and water schemes. ICRC also rehabilitated other hand pump and water schemes in the host communities and areas of return. These interventions in 2016 have resulted in the providing of 1 new water scheme and rehabilitation of 3 other water schemes. 19 new hand pumps were drilled 24 were rehabilitated. ICRC’s assistance continues with the new water projects to commence in these two States.
