Description :
Since late 2015, the ICRC Mission in Bishkek has been working closely with the state service for execution of punishment on systemic improvement of the Kyrgyz penitentiary system. In the framework of this cooperation, the ICRC has been conducting different trainings to promote issues which might have direct impact on the functioning of the system as such.
