Description : The IHL competition increasingly attracts new universities, including from locations like Fukuoka and Aichi respectively in South and Central Japan, with whom ICRC had no previous contact, as well as teams of students from various universities. The winner of this year was such team, from the University of Tokyo and International Christian University, who will proceed to the Inter-University Competition for Asia Region in Hong Kong in March 2018. Additionally, IHL role plays, based on the moot problem scenario, were introduced for the first time, with the active support of JRCS staff and volunteers, while university students played roles of ICRC delegates.
