Description : “We register hundred cases of rape per year”, certify the psychologist of the listening house. The ICRC supports 13 listening houses through South-Kivu. The listening house is a place to welcome all the victims of violence that have suffered a potentially traumatic event and have difficulties with or suffer from this situation. The listening house is composed by 3 psychosocial agents and 2 awareness-raisers, sometimes more, depending on the geographical distance to cover.
