Baiji, al-Hamid Mosque. One muezzin’s loudspeaker remained on the top of the minaret after it fell to the ground, along with the rest of the mosque, during the fighting in 2016. One of four loudspeakers on the minaret used to call people to prayer five times a day was collected and shown at the exhibition “War in cities” organized by the ICRC.
