Although they have not yet received a tent and have no other space to sleep than the ground, these two children are sleeping deeply. They are exhausted from the long and very difficult journey they took to get to the camp. Their mothers are near them, hoping the wait for their tent will end soon.

Description :
Newly arrived families to the camp are registered to receive tents. They are hungry, having had very little food along the way. Mothers ask for water and food for their children. They receive hot meals and bottled water, collectively prepared by the ICRC and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent. Some children are tired, sleeping on the ground, while others are running and playing with children they just met.
