Caption : Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The ICRC, in cooperation with the local physical rehabilitation center, assists people suffering from serious chronic diseases. 166 persons with reduced mobility received cash grants of 50,000 AMD to meet their essential medical and hygienic needs, hydro-alcoholic gel and information booklets on the prevention of COVID-19. The ICRC also set up a 24/7 hotline for this population group.
