Description :
The Opening Ceremony is led by Ms Dalal Halima - who works with Palestine Red Crescent Society as lecturer and head of continuing education in the university college linked to the National Society, and is a disability adviser for several organizations – and Ms Iuliana Tudor, a television journalist who serves as Goodwill Ambassador with the Romanian Red Cross. Both shared their inspiring stories with Conference delegates and urged them to “act today, shape tomorrow”.
