Description :
This man used the grant to pay off his debts to merchants in exchange for fodder. “Usually, I would profit from home-made products and pay off debts, but because of the pandemic I was not able to go to the market and, therefore, missed the high season”. He added, “out of all the financial support we received from international organizations, the ICRC’s grant was the most useful and successful one to us because it was unconditional.”
