She established her own nursery and was forced to close it as a preventive measure, considering the outbreak of the pandemic in the West Bank, for more than six months. She used to work in tourism, but she also lost that job as part of the damage inflicted by the pandemic on the tourism sector.
"It is true that the nursery is closed, but the expenses of rent, electricity and water bills are piling up every day. The ICRC’s grant has help me cover these expenses," she says.
