The purpose for the visit is for the ICRC Head of Regional Delegation to meet the new Vice Chancellor as the pandemic had postponed prior plans and to strengthen the relationship between ICRC and National Defense University of Malaysia via Centre for Military and International Humanitarian Law.
Other presents members are Brig. Gen. Prof. Ir. Dr. Norazman Mohd Noor, Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) and Colonel Jamal Rodzi bin Dahari, Director of Centre for Military and International Humanitarian Law.
