Description :
Each year, the water overruns and destroys crops, resulting in a loss of pasture and forced displacement of farmers from the nearby villages. This project led by the ICRC and the Red Cross Society of Niger aims to better the farmers' means of subsistence by maintaining the cropping calendar. It encompasses eleven villages from the Chétimari municipality (Chétimari, Zarwaram, Koublé Wango, Chétima Sidiri, Bidiri, Dessa 1, Dessa 2, Maroué, Karmadi, Tourba, Maboucar).
