Description : The ICRC, in collaboration with the Mali Red Cross, is helping populations affected by the irregularities of climate change through several types of assistance, including support for community health centers and the distribution of seeds and agricultural equipment.

Climate change has exacerbated rainfall irregularities, leading to prolonged droughts or flash floods. The rainy season generally runs from June to September, but the amount and distribution of rainfall can vary considerably from one year to the next. Temperatures can be high, sometimes exceeding 40°C during the dry season.
