Description :
Guided imagery is one of the most effective mental health tools for treating psychological distress and pain management. However, some patients find it difficult to visualise and experience the full immersive experience. Integrating virtual reality into therapy has shown positive results in improving patients' immersive experience of guided imagery, reducing distress and pain (both chronic and acute).
