Description : Nadwa Um Hussein, a mother of five, was displaced for seven years due to the war before returning to her village, only to find her home in ruins. Determined to rebuild her life, her family received five ewes through an initiative by the ICRC and SARC. These ewes quickly gave birth to twins, increasing their herd and helping the family regain stability and self-sufficiency. The milk from the sheep provided nourishment and was used to produce dairy products, bringing joy and hope to their lives. The sheep became not only a source of livelihood but also of happiness, restoring purpose and normalcy to their daily routine.
