Al-Obeidi refugee camp is just 30 kilometres away from the Syrian border.
This woman regularly comes with her friends and neighbours to the ICRC tent to make a three-minute phone call. She says the ICRC service keeps her hoping for a quick end to the war.
Out of more than 300 families living in Al-Obeidi camp, nearly 150 called their beloved ones during a two-day mission of the ICRC Tracing team in September 2013.
