"My wife helped me see life in a new light …I was touched by the girl who love me for who I was, and we got married three years after I had my leg amputated." Ek Leng has the heart symbols glued onto a photo frame of his wedding photograph, and on his modified tricycle which he transports himself on nowadays.
In conjunction with the 10th anniversary of Ottawa Treaty, a media trip to Cambodia was organized from 19 to 21 November 2007 for three Malaysian journalists.
