Description :
Since 2006, the ICRC has assisted polyclinics in the high-density suburbs of Harare.
The assistance has continued in 2010 and consists in distribution of eseential drugs, medical materiel, stationery and furniture.
An important part of the polyclinics' patients are pregnant women and mothers with their babies and children going for check-ups and vaccination. The ICRC has therefore provided important assistance to the maternity wards, in terms of medical equipment and furniture.
