Description :
The town of Al-Rahaliyyah is 100 km from the holy city of Karbala. For security reasons, this town of 10,000 people, 50% of whom are displaced from Fallujah and Ramadi, has been locked down. Moving in and out is very difficult and the humanitarian and health situations are dire.
