Description : The ICRC opened an emergency water treatment plant at the Nile, which produces 700,000 liters of water a day and benefits 50,000 people in the capital. Water is transported by truck into 9 temporary water points, bladder tanks like Jebel Yesua, that have been recently installed in the most affected areas of the capital.
