Description :
Raúl has been wounded by an explosive artifact, on September 20, 2016. He says people are afraid and thinks that it could have happened to his kids. He is almost recovered and got back to work, but he still has a shrapnel in his forehead that doctors were not able to remove when the ICRC visited him.
